Save them somewhere easy to find — many makers keep a dedicated “Quilting Designs” folder to stay organized.

2. Extract Your ZIP Folder

Your design arrives as a ZIP file containing multiple machine formats.

Right‑click the file and choose Extract or Unzip.

Inside, you’ll find all supported formats plus PDF info sheets with helpful details.

3. Copy the Correct Format

Choose the file type your longarm uses (such as .qli, .pat, or .bqm).

Copy that file to your USB drive or your machine’s preferred transfer folder.
